If you sign up, I keep your email address so I can send you the PDF, the occasional email and launch news for Now Send. Nothing else is collected on this site: no cookies, no ad tracking, no selling your data. You can leave any time with one click.

What I collect and why

• Your email address, when you sign up for The Unsendables or the Now Send. waitlist. Used to confirm your sign-up (double opt-in), send the PDF, send about one email a week and tell you when Now Send. launches.
• Email activity, such as whether an email was opened or a link clicked, recorded by my email provider so I can see what is useful and keep the list healthy.
• Basic technical logs kept by the hosting provider (for example IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

The legal basis for emails is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your sign-up and can withdraw at any time. Hosting logs rest on legitimate interest in running a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for me

• Kit (ConvertKit, LLC, USA) stores the email list and sends the emails. [check Kit's DPA: EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses]
• Cloudflare hosts this site. If site statistics are switched on, they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the EU under the safeguards named above.

Your drafts

If you send me a draft by direct message on Instagram or TikTok, that message is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. I only use a draft in a video if you say yes, and I remove names and details that could identify anyone.

How long I keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. After that it is removed within 30 days, except for a record of the unsubscribe so you are not emailed again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to [privacy email]. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi) or your local data protection authority.
